about the South East Asian business customs and manners
in the last ten years through our actual business dealings
with many local vendors and sub-contractors. It is our
intention to share our knowledge to our clients when they
seek business from this region. It is our policy to offer a

clients are explained below:

1. AGENCY OF FOREIGNERS EMPLOYMENT:
Under this scheme we take total responsibility for the
recruitment and employment of foreign professionals so
that Clients are freed from the troubles of applying for
immigration, administration, insurance etc. Our clients find
the total cost lower than their own management since the
cost for administration is applied as for the local conditions
with the standard wage structure of Singapore. The staff
recruited can be sent for training initially to Client's
office / facilities and later on for meetings as and when
required. This arrangement makes possible for the clients
to have all their functions carried out as if they have their
own overseas branch office. Clients are satisfied with the
performance of the local professionals since they can
understand the local business sense and function very
effectively. Most of the assignments like Overseas sales
and marketing, overseas vendors control, overseas
projects' site work, after sales service etc can be handled
in this mode.
   
2. SATELLITE OFFICE FOR CLIENTS:
It is now possible for our clients to possess a base for
business activities in ASIA without actually establishing a
local incorporation or office. As we provide an office-space
either at our own office or another place through our
business associates, the clients can utilize all the office
facilities available therein such as office equipment,
facsimile, telephones, meeting rooms, video conferencing
facilities etc based on usage charges which eventually costs
far low when compared to having an independent office with
all such facilities. Besides, there won't be any troublesome
job of going through the legal formalities relating to opening
and closure of an independent office. Furthermore depending
on the need basis, we provide Daily rated staff ( for
secretarial works, answering the telephones etc.) which
makes the Client's staff to cope with the difficult situations
when they are posted temporarily.
   
3. LOCAL ASSISTANCE FOR MARKETING:
We provide marketing support to our clients. Whenever
their marketing department staff visits ASIA region, we take
care of their requirements like submission of pre-visit report
having the necessary information about the local market,
making the appointments, translation and interpretation,
English presentation on his behalf and other supports that
make his sales visit very effective. When it comes to the
sales presentation, even if the goods to sell and the
technology offered are superb, what is important is an ability
to appeal, give the required sales punch and above all to
conduct the persuasive presentation. We will plan and make
an effective presentation together with our client's sales staff
with full preparation pertaining to the technology and goods
well in advance. Needless to say that we give full support to
our clients for their participation in the various trade exhibitions
like booking of the booth space, providing the necessary
supporting staff, recording and analyzing the visitor profiles and
making the regular contacts for securing the business from
potential buyers.
   
4. PRE-CONTRACT SUPPORT SERVICE:
We assist our clients to apply for pre-qualification,
collecting the tender documents, commercial terms
interpretation assistance, preparation of certain
technical and site construction safety related matters
for compliance to the local rules and regulations etc.
in order for them to understand all the tender
requirements prior to costing. In the cost estimation,
we provide various cost data such as local procurement
costs, assessment of the risk, local construction and
applicable wage data for fixing the site related cost etc.
Necessary technical assistance to compile the bid data
as well as liaisoning with the buyer and authorities till the
time of securing the order are all provided.
   
5. POST CONTRACT SUPPORT SERVICE:
We are supporting our clients for the execution of projects
right from the recruitment of qualified and experienced
professionals, conducting the survey of vendors, finalizing
the various sub-contracts as well as local procurement,
construction and commissioning works.
   
6. HUMAN RESOURCES OUTSOURCING:
We have a large data base of professionals from every
Asian country who have a high level of English and local
language communication capabilities in addition to their
own specialized field of technical knowledge. Most of
them are not only having high educational qualifications
but also relevant work experiences so that they can be
readily assigned the job without any training. In this
background, our clients find more advantageous to recruit
such staff for handling the work in the office instead of
sub-contracting. It contributes not only to reduce the
labor cost but also to effectively perform the project
activities for overseas projects as if Client's staff are
directly working.

Furthermore, we solve the communication problem mainly
resulting from the language ability or the differences in the
business customs and manners and hence the risks associated
with overseas projects get minimized for our clients.
